Boarding services at the Byron College

Byron College – The British International School has proudly announced its new collaboration with our company, aiming to provide high-quality catering services to its students.

This partnership is part of the school’s broader initiative to upgrade its services and complements its relocation to state-of-the-art new facilities in Pallini, Attica.

At the heart of this collaboration lies the creation and operation of a modern café–canteen–restaurant, specifically designed to meet the needs of students across all grades, as well as the teaching and administrative staff. The facilities have been designed to offer a pleasant and safe environment for meals, breaks, and social interaction.

The new dining unit will operate daily, offering balanced and nutritious meals inspired by the Mediterranean diet as well as international flavors, with a strong focus on quality, variety, and catering to special dietary requirements (e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.). The menu will be updated regularly and designed in cooperation with a nutritionist to ensure it meets the developmental and learning needs of children.

With many years of experience in the education sector, The Food Lab S.A. will also oversee the management of the on-site canteen, providing beverages, healthy snacks, and light meal options throughout the day.

The new service will commence with the beginning of the school year, and parents will soon receive detailed information about the program and available options.
